In 2012, my professional journey began when I joined as a Trainee at Infosys, ushering in a rewarding and fulfilling career. Over the years of my tenure there, I progressed to become a Senior Systems Engineer. However, after working for seven years, I made the conscious decision to take a career break and fully embrace motherhood.

While at Infosys, I found myself engaged in monotonous and mundane work, which led me to yearn for new challenges and opportunities for personal growth. During my career break, I utilized the time to reflect on my professional aspirations and identify the type of work environment that would align with my goals. I sought out opportunities that could provide the challenge and learning experience I desired, aiming to enhance my skill set.

Motivated by the desire for new challenges, I made the decision to join a startup company and landed at Mage, where I have had the opportunity to take on exciting and dynamic roles. Although initially I joined as a PeopleSoft Programmer, I gradually expanded my skill set by learning new technologies. Over four years, I underwent a transition in my career, evolving into a skilled Database Programmer specializing in Oracle and SQL development.

Mage stands out as an organization that prioritizes and supports women, helping make a significant impact on my personal and professional growth. With a strong commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, Mage has provided me with many opportunities to take on new challenges and expand my horizons. The company's inclusive environment and supportive policies have enabled me to balance my professional commitments while also cherishing precious moments with my family. I am grateful for the opportunities and flexibility provided by Mage, that has allowed me to enjoy the best of both worlds.

My greatest motivation and source of strength has been the invaluable life lessons I have learned and the unwavering support of my brother, who has been a constant pillar of support in my life.

In addition to my professional endeavors, I have nurtured a passion for writing poems from an early age. I find immense joy in creating personalized gifts, including heartfelt poems, for my friends and colleagues. I believe that such personalized gestures can make a significant impact on relationships and foster deeper connections.

Amongst my cherished friendships, two of my closest friends have been constant companions since my college days. They have stood by me through thick and thin, serving as confidants who always offer a comforting presence and a listening ear. The bond we share brings me immeasurable happiness and fills my life with joy.

In addition to my love for writing, I have a deep passion for reading novels in both English and Tamil, encompassing a wide range of genres. Thrillers and murder mysteries hold a prominent place on my bookshelf, captivating me with their suspenseful plots and intriguing narratives.

Music is another integral part of my life, as I enjoy playing the guitar and indulging in singing. It serves as a creative outlet and brings me immense joy. Whether strumming the strings or lending my voice to melodies, music provides a means of expression and allows me to unwind and connect with my emotions.

I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have a wonderful daughter and a supportive family. Their unwavering love, encouragement, and support have been instrumental in shaping my journey and providing the motivation to overcome challenges and always strive for success.
